Since 2011, under a license agreement with Ursus, we have been responsible for the production and distribution of original parts for Ursus C and MF series.
The production of parts with the URSUS logo is currently handled by several production plants. Some of them belong to our production and distribution group with 100% Polish capital.
In the factories of our capital group, almost 600 qualified employees are employed, working on the most modern, high-performance, precision automatic lathes and milling centers. They produce parts not only for branded agricultural machinery manufacturers but also for construction machinery and even for industry. Our components are used in the first assembly of the best tractor and agricultural machinery brands in the world! We base our production on the technical documentation provided by the mentioned brands. In addition, we create our own design solutions and strictly adhere to quality control processes at every stage of part manufacturing. For this purpose, we have established a quality control team working in a professionally equipped laboratory. The other manufacturers supplying parts with the URSUS logo are carefully selected companies that have successfully passed very thorough audits conducted by specialists from our group. The purpose of the audit is to confirm that a given manufacturer has the machinery, technology, and, above all, a repeatable production process that will guarantee that parts with the URSUS logo will please farmers for many years. The audit also verifies whether the manufacturer is able to adhere to our documentation with very narrow tolerances and maintain restrictive standards. Only manufacturers who are aware that product quality must be integrated into the production process and verified at every stage of processing can count on cooperation.
