Hydraulic Power Systems – Key Account Specialist
Due to the dynamic development of the company and product offer, we are looking for a person for the position of:
KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
Work location: Poland
Region: Lower Silesian, Silesian, Opole, Lesser Poland, Subcarpathian, Łódź, Greater Poland
Main responsibilities:
- — Technical presentation and sale of own products (Waryński) and other commercial products
- — Searching for new clients (industrial companies and machine manufacturers)
- — Technical consulting
- — Cooperation with the implementation department
Requirements:
- — Experience in a position with a similar scope of duties in the technical/industrial sector (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)
- — Knowledge of general mechanics, power hydraulics, and pneumatics
- — Ability to listen to clients
- — Ambition and not being afraid of challenges

- — Registration of warehouse operations in the warehouse management system
- — Confirmation of warehouse operations according to applicable procedures
Requirements:

Main responsibilities:
- — Active management and motivation of the sales team
- — Supporting sales representatives during meetings with clients
- — Setting goals, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of implemented actions
- — Preparing cyclical reports
- — Building and managing brand strategy at points of sale
- — Conducting training for distributors
- — Conducting trade negotiations
Requirements:
- — Proven successful experience in managing a sales department
